Pros

No one has any idea what your working on, where you are, you could literally disappear for hours or days on end and no one would have a clue. You can really get away with whatever you please. As long as your brown nosing someone, no one will bother to look.

Cons

First of all, I'd like to inform you that we were all pulled away from our desks and called in for an emergency meeting. The company demanded that we write positive reviews, as the turnover rate has been so high and we can't find employees for the dirt management is willing to pay. Therefor, I decided to write a review as they advised. PS. Your better off working at a fast food chain...seriously. Any who, In the project management department, you have to act as an account manager, sales manager, accounting manager etc. You are never thanked for your hard work, staying late, milestones or other accomplishments. You are solely spoken to when you've "messed something up", when chances are, you were at the sole mercy of another department. However, the blame will be put on you. The sales reps put more and more work on you and all they do is travel to meet the customer but have no idea what their selling. Theres certain management staff who do not speak english, but we have to communicate with them someone on a daily basis, without a translator. Then we get yelled at when things are messed up due to language barrier. A circus is more professional than this place. Its a joke. Do not work here! If you have any self respect or dignity....need not apply, should be written on job posts lol. Again, please know that any positive review posted after this date is false, as the company demanded it be done and people are literally in fear of their jobs at this point. Im embarrassed to say I work here.

Pros

Flexible work hours. Work from home

Cons

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SETTING. Seems as though they will promote anyone even though their credentials were horrible. No ACCOUNTABILITY AT THE TOP! One staff member was absent/called out over 70 times in a calendar year and was promoted. The higher ups refuse to acknowledge the hard work the customer service reps put in on a daily basis but will be quick to monotor and broadcast your faults. None of the higher ups are on the same page, meaning if you go and ask two supervisers the same question, you will get 2 different answers and then be blamed for the outcome.
