Pros

SecureAuth IdP is a solid product with lots of potential in a growth market. The people at SecureAuth below the C-level are awesome. They are welcoming and helpful and support each other. The people put the customer first which is good for the customer and good for the business.

Cons

SecureAuth is being out advertised and out competed by lesser products. Management churn and chaotic hiring and firing are not helping the situation.

Pros

Not much. Product in shambles. Never really sold much. Had a few major customers. No growth for years.

Cons

Extremely toxic leadership. To the point the CEO had to let all sales go because they all hated him soo much. No money to advance product. Super weak leadership.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you are having a positive experience and appreciate the suggestions you have provided. The company provides the proper statutory holidays in the Canadian provinces we employ members in. Company holidays in addition to those required by provincial law are reassessed every year and we will take your feedback into account for additional non-statutory holiday consideration. As the company progresses, we prioritize looking internally for promotions and encourage team members to express their interest in advancement or training opportunities with their direct Manager. We welcome and encourage employee feedback. If you would like to have a discussion with one of the executive leaders, please get in touch with us.
