At the advisory network we worked for secure for life, the management there are lovely and fully support you. It has great bonuses to it such as commissions to keep the motivation going
Cons
This is towards sales and not the advisory network, but working in sales is very hard and I felt as though I didn’t enjoy discussing very touchy matters with customers
