Pros

Challenging projects yet knowing that you are contrubutibg to a product that has a global impact, at a time when security is a big deal, is something to be proud of.

Cons

Very fast paced environment and lots of new people coming in. Sometimes it can be confusing who is working what and with who.

Pros

The company is working on some very interesting and innovative technologies. The product is home made and every aspects of it is controlled in house. Promising product The salaries are competitive.

Cons

Management based on lies and fake promises. Employees are considered as disposable "ressources" and treated as such. Very high turn-over.

Thank you for your feedback and review. We’re glad that you find the projects we work on to be exciting and promising. We’re trying to be an innovation leader that challenges employees and provokes their work passion to help them achieve more and develop their skill set and know-how. We’re extremely sorry to hear of your negative experience. Our team is currently implementing an extremely transparent hiring process to ensure we leave no room for miscommunicating information related to the job responsibilities, benefits, remuneration, and work approach. We’re constantly polishing our internal process to build a work environment where employees feel appreciated and are inspired to reshape the world with us and make it more privacy-centered. We’re excited to share that our HR department has already introduced new initiatives connected to creating a Personal Development Plan for each employee based on their performance, expectations, and career goals. Thank you once more for your feedback as it helps us polish our HR strategy and approach to continue building a work environment that nurtures talent and presents great opportunities to grow and develop your expertise.
