Pay is not up to par with industry standards for similar roles Employee input is not really taken into account or sought Career progression opportunities are close to non-existent For a travel company, the benefits for travel are atrocious

Great office and location and some friendly colleagues in my team.

Cons

Some poor Managers that were not supportive Bonus as opposed to commission. Other similar companies offer much more generous commission.
