- Very supportive culture! Everyone on the team looks out for you and supports your learning and career development. It's very rare to see this level of support at a company! - People here are also extremely genuine & kind, and respectful. Again, very rare to see at a startup of this size. - The "no jerks" hiring policy has truly helped the company build a successful, smart team.

Cons

- Communication between teams can improve. - Second Measure is a great place to learn, don't get me wrong. And everyone here wants you to learn and grow in your career. This isn't necessarily a "con", but just something to expect -- because the team is small and fairly efficient, it's harder to find opportunities to grow and "take the next step" than it might be at bigger companies.
