      interesting concept. several fun co-workers.

      Cons

      empty words are spoken. the right things are said. everything seems rehearsed. “we help people. our solution is needed.” the truth is our software, people, and drivers all make a lot of mistakes. few seem to care about that. from the top to the bottom, it’s just more rehearsal. fake. after reading the google reviews, bbb reviews, reviews on reddit, and others i was left with a feeling of being ashamed to work here. those are all patients our service failed. yet we talk about parties and team bonding at all hands meetings and not the patients who we failed.
