-Definitely underpaid, and benefits are lacking. Becoming harder to hit quota. We've grown a lot, and upside isn't there like it was. I constantly get messages from recruiters, and it feels like we're non-competitive compared to other opportunities at similar-sized companies
-Lack of training - have a lot of autonomy here, but limited onboarding or structured avenues to grow
-Don't always feel my voice is heard by execs or like I can speak up
-Very competitive market and feels like we aren't doing enough to get ahead
-Lots of turnover. Many of the early employees have left, and shifts in leadership lately
