      Pros

      Flexible working hours and some lovely team mates. Free coffee and bagels were nice as well. The technology is very cool.

      Cons

      The CEO is one big red flag. Leadership don’t even seem to like each other never mind working together. It’s sad because the technology is so so cool but the work environment is not.

      Most of the employees are great with some cutting edge tech using AR

      Cons

      Management doesn't take employee wellbeing seriously, Endless fires (crunches) and an organizational structure that pretends to be Agile

      - smart and helpful team - great learning opportunities with many different and challenging tech stacks - awesome product in a very cool tech space - flex hours - stock options

      Cons

      - perpetual crunch time - management very out of touch with employee needs especially for such a small company - employee concerns about poor work conditions not taken seriously
