Pros

Associated with Ikea, work from home

Cons

I was hired as a Sales Manager. Owner Erik Knapp and I agreed to a 1 year contract that was never produced. He kept delaying and putting me off. Salespeople were using 2 year old inaccurate pricing. He would ask myself and other employees to write fake positive reviews to counter the real negative ones from real unsatisfied customers. I was unable to hire people because of what the potential candidate read on the internet on customer experiences. I would discourage anyone from getting involved with this company.

Pros

Association with IKEA, diversity of clients needing kitchen.

Cons

Scituate Caseworks, owned by Erik Knapp, is IKEA's "Certified Installer" for their Stoughton, MA store. Erik Knapp does NOT have a Construction Supervisor's license. I figured that out after he kept declining to install kitchen installations I had sold, resulting in me losing a lot of money. He also hires people as Independent Contractors and then treats them as employees, in direct violation of MA labor law. Did not return emails, texts or calls, basically left me out to dry. When I left, he promised he would pay my commissions, then only paid about 20% of what he owed me. Run, do not look back.
