Pros

* The children are awesome and working with them has some very cool moments. * The team members work well together, even in the height of confusion.

Cons

* The facility has roaches and is not cleaned regularly, garbage will sit for an entire week before it is thrown out. * Upper management makes a lot of promises that hardly become a reality that includes training, support, listening, improvement, and oh, did I say support and training? * Office culture is based in hypocrisy, disrespect, and expectations to "do as I say, not as I do" while doing the opposite, but, changes are promised. * If you are a woman, your opinion matters if a man gave it to you first. You will be talked down to, unpraised for hard work, and berated in team meetings. Nothing you accomplish will ever be good enough, no matter how great. * An obscene amount of people have quit chasing their dream to chase the dream of the CEO. Further confusion. * Tasks will be assigned that you have no idea how to perform and have not been provided the proper instruction and tools to complete, but you will be expected to complete properly. * Pay and hours worked will not align in any capacity. Pay will be missed and delayed, but boasts of never missing a payment to anyone will be in abundance.
