When evaluating agencies in the DFW area, it was incredibly refreshing to find that Schaefer has been able to maintain the unique, family-oriented culture and outstanding work ethic that has drawn employees and clients in for over 20 years. In addition, leadership's focus on employee talent development is a draw for junior employees that are new to the industry as well as more seasoned employees that have not been able to find sufficient growth opportunities elsewhere. The agency's growth and strategic expertise in digital marketing, paired with a strong tenure in traditional marketing, make it one of the strongest integrated agencies in the area.

Growth of the client roster can lead to long hours, but the culture makes up for the extra time spent in the office.
