Pros
The culture is amazing. Empowering and supportive, while consistently challenging you to grow. The overall vision to "make life better" is lived out in so many different ways both large and small and the team is made up of talented professionals who are just nice human beings. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
Cons
Like any successful organization, there are some growing pains. Sometimes process and volume of work make for an internal hurdle. However, everyone on the team is rowing the boat in the same direction, so any hiccups usually get resolved quickly.
