Pros

- Met a few good people along the way. Overall, nothing memorable. - Remote work

Cons

- Low salary - Leadership is very disengaged - Lack of diversity. Leadership wants a quick fix for fixing the diversity issue but does not want to fix the underlining problems within the organization regarding bias. - All teams are running on fumes and employees feel so burnt out. It is not until the majority of the team quits, that they will open a backfill. - They claim you can be your authentic self but if you aren't the person they want you to be, they will hold it against you and will hurt your career growth. - and I don't know other people who are really happy here.

Pros

Not really but maybe some projects that they work like outsource.

Cons

Totally mess. They give ridiculous estimations ti project to get clients. For example, just 2-3 weeks for huge projects . Employee is always the reason of the negative results. They always keep asking status of the tasks. Developers are always under pressure. They think that developers will lie down if they don't keep them under pressure. Since developers are blamed for results extra work is very often
