      Great Company, Exciting opportunities, Not so great Management

      Pros

      Plethora of Equipment to operate/learn and use. Small Conferences all the way to Arena size shows. Plenty of training opportunities. Wealth of experience to learn from.

      Cons

      Poor communication across entire business. Management are difficult to work under. Working Hours can be extensive.

      It's Technicians, the knowledge & expertise . A team who are both dependable & reliable.

      Cons

      Back of House, Admin, Accounting & Fleet Management very poor. It's 18 months since I departed Saville Audio Visual & owing to incompetence by the team responsible for Fleet Management I find myself having to pay additional tax for that period of my employment owing to an administrative error placing me in the incorrect tax bracket.
