Great Company, Exciting opportunities, Not so great Management - Anonymous employee Saville Audio Visual Employee Review

In my circumstance I had all my support from the Admin Team based out of the Manchester office, both their experience & advise in addition to the amazing support from the Technicians allowed me to achieve something of the job I was employed to do.

In eight months I had three Line Managers, with the last I had no direct or regular communication throughout; information was fed down the line piecemeal. No constructive processes were put in place & support from 'other' management was non existent. My 'other' Line Manager was based half way across the country who's motif was 'to give it a go, if it doesn't work move onto the next project'. NO Customer Loyalty, Smash & Grab Quick Wins would only do.

you learn not to trust anyone

the managers dont manage they wait 6 months if they have had issues with u and the bring it all up at 1 meeting 6 months later , only male in a female enviroment and get treated terribly , the other same sex collegues get favouritism , and my manager lies on reviews and slags every one off , its a back stabbing terrible place
