      None especially in Growth and sales team

      Cons

      - In the growth team, avoid this company entirely. It is a very toxic workplace with no logical justification for how the sales team is managed. - Join at your own risk. The CEO and co-founder are extremely arrogant and incompetent. Only join this company if you are truly desperate. All the so-called positive reviews about this company are fake.

      Can't think of a single pro.

      Cons

      This place is a nightmare. No work-life balance—just constant stress and pressure. Management bullies employees, and there’s zero job security. They’re building a health app, but they don’t care about their own employees' health. Even one second late after 11 AM? Half-day leave. Weekends? Forget about them—you’re expected to be available 24/7. It feels like modern-day slavery. Toxic culture, no respect for personal time, and burnout is guaranteed. Worst. Workplace. Ever.

      Can't think of any , not a suitable environment too much expectations in terms of getting design , reporting manager was a nice person . But other head level managers only meant business and save money

      Everything you can think of low pay no investment in employee, no health insurance
