      The company cares about its people. I could never find a time where they were vindictive or irrational. Generally good people. Willing to come together when needed.

      Cons

      Small company with limited resources. The parent company see them as a cash cow to save money on real estate deals. Understaffed estimates are done to their benefit.

      Communication, transparency and the bravo to change the industry that has been stuck in it's stagnant ways for so long.

      Cons

      Accelerated schedules leaves little time for complacency. Employment would be best recommended for go-getters.

      It’s a think tank of highly intelligent and motivated builders that are focused on providing the fastest completion of projects while maintaining quality work. I am actually excited to go to work each day in the greatest city in the world and build someone’s dream location for their business, it’s extremely rewarding.

      Cons

      No cons at all if you believe in yourself and are passionate about construction.
