      Great Place to work, lots of PTO too!

      Pros

      Supportive Staff, Good Work Life balance, LOTS of PTO, paid Holidays, Opportunities for growth, low turnover, ability to make a difference in peoples lives, positive atmosphere, sense of community and overall great place to work, amazing counseling supervisor and fun CEO.

      Cons

      super early start time (5:45 am), high case loads at times, staff shortages due to the pandemic and the usual overwhelm that comes form working in drug treatment.

      Pros

      We get to make a difference in a client's life. Hours are great, with weekends off. Owner is Awesome Co-workers "rock." Generous PTO and very Flexible!

      Honestly, not too many! The paid time off was very generous.

      Cons

      You won’t ever get a raise, EVER! The staff/ personnel can be very immature at times. The gal; operations director, will go out of her way to sabotage and take out/down other staff members.
