      The nursing staff is some of the best I have worked with.

      Cons

      The administration wants you to do the work of 3 or more people and then wonders why things aren't done correctly. They are quick to start a paper trail of right ups so if anyone starts to argue or push back against the nonsense they have a history and grounds to terminate.

      The admin. The culture. Don't value the people that work for them. Unconcerned with patient and staff safety. The pay.

      Cons

      This corporation only cares about quantity of patients filling beds, instead of quality of care. 1 nurse to 19 patients with no support.
