Lack of freedom, everything is controlled by the HQ

    Advice to Management

The largest turnover is due to some personalities (managers), so they should care about their teams and instead of bossing, just show their commitment to work

I have been working at Sanofi full-time

    Pros

Very good people and very good opportunities given to employees for development.

    Cons

Very flat organisation but advantage is that decisions are taken quickly. Not much room for carrier advancement.

    Advice to Management

Talent management in place but the organisation needs to have more resources. Too much restructurations.

I worked at Sanofi full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Large organization with some mobility to Sanofi-Genzyme and Sanofi-Pasteur

    Cons

Disorganized interview process. Lengthy interview process. Low-ball base pay offer. Gamey antics when discussing salary. Rather impolite organizational leadership and support staff.

    Advice to Management

Don't ask for PhD and MD education for MSL's then expect to pay them $110K/year. Education isn't cheap. Yes, you can take someone from sales and put them in this role and they would be happy with $110k... the difference is 8 years of education and the subsequent student loans.
