Pros

Good clients. Friendly co-workers who are fun to work with. Flexibility in working hours.

Cons

Management was non-supportive and not savvy in the Salesforce consulting arena. Communication and solid direction from management was poor and their style was very cowboy shoot-from-the-hip with constantly changing goals and ways of approaching work. Ideas were not usually taken and employees were played against each other. Management created an us against them environment (except for Brad. Brad is awesome).

Pros

- This is a subsidary of Consult Net, the parent company to SaltClick that was recently required, who has stable and proven credibility within the Market.

Cons

-Lack of honesty from Recruiter sourcing for Salt Click's Internal Corporate Recruiter Roles, skewed details of what the job description of the role was when interviewing, along with what compensation comes with the role that is realistically obtainable. - Skewed Salary Band Attached to current roles they are hiring for internally for Salesforce & for their Talent Acquisition & Human Resource's Teams. - Very poor leadership skills in their current Talent Acquisition Roles, proven that there is no training or guidelines for the Technical Recruiter that directly reports to them. - The Salary Band that they are selling for the role prior to employment is very dishonest in reality, it's extremely underpaying vs what the market is currently paying nation wide. Dilberately being dishonest up front is extremely distasteful for anyone that has been in Talent Acquistion for 5-10 years after being promised a higher compensation prior during interviews. - Poor Recruiters on the front end that are sourcing for these corporate roles, it shows you that they are fundamentally being brought up to ge the next sales, being very very selfish and directly lying to candidates, for more money to gain in spiffs is not the recruiter that canddates are looking for, quiet litearlly you are disrupting and destroying personal lives of others so you can have another dollar, that is not what candidates are looking for and it's not something that an employee of SaltClick or Consult Net should be proud of. - I am quiet literally embarrassed to say that I have been employed here and I have never even come close to that same feeling with my other past employers/experiences.
