Pros
Working at SafeTalk has been a really positive experience. The hybrid work setup gives a lot of flexibility, and the office itself is a very comfortable and welcoming place to be. One of the best parts is the people, everyone here is extremely friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. There's also unlimited day off policy which shows that the company really trusts and respects its employees' needs for rest and balance.
Cons
Because it's a small company, there aren't a lot of coworkers but even with a smaller team, we were still able to work together and get support when needed.
