They were very concerned about making sure I was happy in my employment placement, and offered to move me if I was very unhappy.

I always felt like they took advantage of the low wage I was making at a previous employer, and didn't pay me a market wage. They profited from employing me, for sure.
Very friendly, competent, and responsive staff. They do a great job communicating to those of us in "the field." Fantastic advocates to have on your side.
Cons
The only con I can think of is that they could provide more educational opportunities. Most of us have certifications we need to maintain.
