Pros
Everyone at Saberr is passionate about helping teams work well together. They practice what they preach and use their own products internally. It's a great place to work, there's a lot of trust within the team, plenty of flexibility, everyone is keen to learn and your opinions are always listened to.
Cons
As a small and fairly new company there's occasionally some uncertainty and last minute changes to adapt to. Like in any start up, you need to be flexible in your role and be ready to help the rest of the team out.

Pros
Loads of responsibility and total trust from early on Opportunity to work with loads of interesting, knowledgeable people. Exposure to a range of practices and skills (UX, Ops, HR, Coaching, Sales, Marketing) Learning budget to spend as you like Flexibility in how and when I work Great balance between work and fun in my opinion
Cons
The usual start-up challenges ... uncertainty, constant change so sometimes processes aren't ideal but it's down to you to improve anything you want to improve!
