      1.No Pros, Career suicide imo' 2. The only Sane person in the company is the CEO, but he operates from USA and does not know what mess is happening in India office

      1. Manager doesnt have knowledge, even freshers know more than manager 2. no Process 3. Favourism for some employess 4. will fire anyone even leads 5. focus more on attendance rather than work
