      From day one, I’ve felt incredibly welcomed, supported, and genuinely valued as part of the team. The culture at STEP is collaborative, and full of people who are passionate about what they do. It’s inspiring to work alongside colleagues who care not only about the company but also about each other. I’ve already learned so much, and I’m excited by how much room there is to grow professionally. It’s clear that leadership is committed to making a real impact, and they trust employees with meaningful responsibilities early on. I feel empowered every day and encouraged to bring new ideas to the table.
