Pros
Stat allows me to control my place in the organization. Being on a route far from the corporate office, my counterpart and I share the same values and work ethic keeping our vehicle spotless and each day running our route like we are the owners of the company. Stat understands that to get the best customer service from your employees you sometimes have to step back and unless they need need you let them take accountability and responsibility which will always yield the most positive results both for the client and the employer.
Cons
From Hr. to Pay role to my direct report manager all question I have had have been handled expeditiously and courteously I find no cons as of yet
