Managers: Effective and personable with realistic expectations Culture: Many opportunities to connect with others through formal recognition programs, group chats, team lunches, and company events. The Work: Complex and engaging with a focus on AI enhancements. The Office: Hybrid work environment, beautiful office stocked with snacks and drinks. The People: A warm and friendly group. They appear to work hard while still deeply valuing and honoring their personal lives.
