Pros
- Fun and friendly environment. It's not a professional company so there is no great gap between different teams. - Very flexible working time for part-time roles (I love it most). If you are absent for just 1-2 days, you don't need to inform HR, as long as you assure the progress and outcomes of your work.
Cons
- Very low salary (even if you get commission). - Roles and tasks are not transparent yet. - Bad management, which partly contributes to many conflicts between employees
