1. You can't imagine how poor culture is here, if you ask outsiders, some may say good & after joining you will realize joining here is your biggest mistake. 2. You will able to know what is politics which you ever not seen in Bangladesh parliament 3. Don't take any decision by seeing other reviews, 90% are fabricated by current employees of this company 4. No work-life balance & no appreciation 5. Highest turnover rate is almost 70%, I think not to say why. please see ssl wireless websites you will find around 10-15 circulars for all over the year & check LinkedIn profile to know how much time people are working here
