Pros

A special team was always ready for a general problem. Everybody came together for the problem, including the manager. The company has excellent guidance and management. Has big network backbone to learn and practice!

Cons

Sometimes it is boring that you face the same problems in network. Manuals are your teacher, so, all you do and learn by yourself...there are no many training as you wish.
