      Pros

      The company offers certain stable benefits, including internal pension plans and competitive mortgage options. For those who enjoy a traditional office-centric environment and corporate networking, there are opportunities to build a long-term presence.

      Cons

      • Toxic Culture & Bullying: There is a noticeable lack of psychological safety within the organization. I have observed instances of workplace bullying being overlooked. HR appears out of touch with employee well-being, often prioritizing rigid policies over mental health or individual circumstances. • Presence over Productivity: Management mandates a 3-day office week, but the infrastructure is severely lacking. There are often not enough desks, and the gym and cafeteria are consistently overcrowded. It feels like a "command and control" tactic rather than a move to foster collaboration. • Promotion of Politics over Merit: Especially within the IT department, career advancement seems to be based on "office optics" and corporate politics rather than technical expertise or hard work. This has led to a leadership layer that often lacks the necessary competence to support their teams effectively.

      Great Benefits and Flexibility

      Pros

      Opportunity to work full-time during the summer and part-time, one-two days per week, during the semesters, with flexibility around your studies. As a student, you are eligible for the same benefits as full-time employees.

      Cons

      Insufficient onboarding, although this may vary between departments. No option for hybrid work when working full-time.
