Pros
Fellow designers & devs are a fun bunch, and if you happen to be in one of the few nice projects then the work too is pleasing
Cons
- Uninteresting/endless projects - Larger focus on long projects that are a grind - Company lacks focus and is starting to try and sell anything & everything - Start/stop attitude to resourcing - Good initiatives aren't invested in and focus changes almost weekly - Salary below what devs & designers can get from other places in Helsinki - Management is becoming very slow at making decisions/changes

Friendly people, good office location, some interesting projects and plenty of freedom.
Cons
salary is not too exciting, bit too much bureaucracy creeping in with new CEO...
