Great place to work, no issues

Worst company I ever worked for. Upper management keeps toxic managers in position creating low moral work place abuse. The CU needs to clean house in managers in that make departments thrive. Very high turn over bc of poor older managers that have been there too long with no desire for process improvements or team leadership building skills. The poor managers are scared to loose their jobs so they only show you just enough bc they know their ways are out-dated. Need new young managers that can bring life to departments and get rid of old ways of thinking. Overall this place is stuck in a time warp and has no upward mobility. They protect people in hire positions that should have been terminated over and over again for bad work place conduct. It’s actually sad to see a company protect unsatisfactory and poor management behaviors.
