Bad work/life balance Owner/Senior Management has a problem with micromanaging Unrealistic expectations by Owner/Senior management All decisions must be cleared through owner first. Employees are expected to spend so much time first getting each step in the project approved, and then documenting that step in the CRM program that leaves little time to do anything else but the expected timeline must be met. The owner/senior managment need to back off and trust in the employees they hire rather than micromanaging every single step of the process. Also, the owner needs to realize that they are not more important than their staff and realize that someone else may have a better idea than what she does. She needs to humble herself and focus on what she is super good at which is design and let someone else run interpersonal side of things. She has unreasonable expectations and drives everyone away
