Pros

Absolutely nothing, unless free cereals and 30days holidays is what makes you happy.

Cons

- No career growth (although it only applies to certain people apparently) - Poor management & execution. One of the most disorganised place i have ever worked for! - Lack of vision. We have no idea about the direction of the company, CEO is completely absent or non-existing, same goes for most senior managers - Clueless about running and managing projects. Managers have no idea between Agile & Waterfall. Management have 'secret' meetings where they criticised their employees, extremely unethical its shocking. Be aware, this is not a FinTech company but simply a software/agency company, that strongly believes they have no competitor!

Pros

Office located in old street

Cons

I want to start saying that, ALMOST ALL POSITIVE FEEDBACK ARE FAKE, I KNOW AS A FACT, every time someone writes a negative feedback, they create a fake 5 star one. I agree with what other people wrote here, that there is a complete lack of vision, the company have real antiquate culture, working in a proper manner is impossible. In fact proposing new and better ways to do things is strictly forbidden, not explicitly but with actions; I've seen them isolating people that try to improve process as nothing can be changed, everything must stay as it is. They have no clue what "industry standard" means and what they are. The turnover is impressive, permanent people won't stay long and contractors run away after few days, tops a couple of weeks after they joined. Overall it's a real poisoned environment.

Pros

- Free breakfast - Nice coffee machine - Part of Experian, so nice perks and benefits

Cons

I only lasted 4 months here and I could honestly say that it was the worst and most depressing 4 months of my working career. I really wanted to like this company, but certain individuals and the overall structure and organisation of the company made it impossible. - If you are new to the company, you will have to go out of your way to introduce yourself to people. I was introduced to the company a month after starting via email. - The older members of the company are very cold, unwelcoming, clicky and lack the ability to embrace new people. So at first you might feel very isolated. I was even told by a Head of, who has been in the company for 4-5 years - “I will not go out of my way to talk to you”. I felt like I was in the movie ‘Mean Girls’. - Lack of support, especially if you’re someone from a non-technical background. It’s either you suck it up or leave. - Very poor training by employees that had no experience in training and wasn’t keen to help - On-boarding process was a joke! Didn’t know who was who and who to talk to to get information from. I was literally passed from one person to the other, as no one had a clue about any thing - Lack of documentation. So you could be thrown into a project mid way and expected to know every little detail about the project - Notice period is 3 months after probation, which I think is ridiculous for anyone considering to leave. You’re basically stuck! - Lack of resource, depending on your role. I could be working on multiple projects at the same time, carrying out tasks that weren’t part of my day job with little to zero training on how to carry out those tasks. Senior managers getting frustrated at me because I didn’t know what the hell I was doing - Working from home is frowned upon by the co-founder of the company. She stated that she prefers I worked from the office, which didn’t make any sense to me when no one interacted with anyone
