Their packages doesn't depend on capabilities, it depends on whether they like you personally or not 5. You might be doing 200% of the work in company but someone else in the same role who is doing their 50% of work will be having almost 100% more CTC than yours

I only recommend this job to someone with a thick skin and a strong mindset Too much micro-management, the company is only driven by the CEO. CGO/Head HR: This person never comes to the office and has no connection with the employees' pain points. The CEO's mood will define your day. either good or bad. Departments are been shuffled, relocation are done out of the blue. if disagreed. told to leave The department should be given their authority rather than too much control by one individual. The sales team should do sales and the service team should do service. salespeople are forced to bring good customers only. The service team should take responsibility for client engagement and usage. no pointing to sales personal To Head - allrounders are only in the cricket team, not in the organisation.
