      Great autonomy but lacks direction from leadership

      Pros

      Fun, has a great deal to offer in terms of autonomy and new opportunities. If you propose something that sounds good, people will at least listen, it may not become part of the strategy, but it will get a fair shot.

      Cons

      Serious lack of direction from CEO level. Very ambitious Senior manager level, but the lack of ultimate direction (Should be provieded by CEO) means the company is constantly moving in 6 different directions, sometimes they may overlap, sometimes they won't. Creates genuine problems for revenue, ultimately leading to low levels of job security.
