      Great culture and business but lots of first time management mistakes

      Pros

      Very relaxed work environment and a great group of people. Every is around the same age so you can really relate to your co-workers

      Cons

      It is the first time that any of the managers have had management experience so there were lots of mistakes and lack of communication at first. Management spends all of their work and after hours together and often take trips together. At times management was almost 1/2 of the company. Decent amount of firing as business model changed.

      - You have to be able to deal with uncertainty - This is a pro for many, but you have to bd flexible in terms of what your daily work and team goals are, they will change.
