Organization is very hierarchical, particularly so for a non-profit, senior leadership simultaneously wants to micromanage employees but will give ever changing direction on programming. There is mission creep, seems that the org is trying to balance the original mission of recruiting/electing young progressives and trying to fundraise/keep the org relevant on social media. Benefits could be a bit better, with more coverage on family/dependent health insurance and a 401k match. Be wary about accepting a job here, it is not a long-term job with all the leadership and financial instability. Org is very top heavy with senior and exec leadership, seems to be a waste of money. The 4DWW attracts some employees who are more interested in their own side hustles than doing the work needed for progressive politics.
