The environment is pretty flexible and laid back, which was nice. Also, health and physical fitness are heavily promoted to employees. The salespeople do a great job of making sure customers end up with the product they need.
Cons
Sometimes management seemed a bit unorganized; the running gear seems a bit expensive compared to other stores that sell athletic equipment.
