      Pros

      The organization gives opportunities to explore your potential and only the opportunists will survive. In my 2 years of experience in this company, I've learned a lot and also found environment is good. No politics as compared to my last company were Management wasn't even technical to understand things. In this company the Top management has good technical skills which is a big Pro here.

      Cons

      No work from Home. No cab facility.

      Pros

      Good project both big and small. New Technologies. work environment is great, work culture and their way of thinking is good as well. Management is very supportive (specially in my case as they helped me when i was in bit trouble due to some personal reasons.)

      Cons

      Alternative Saturdays are working so its bit annoying to come on Saturdays sometimes.

      => Environment and work culture in office is very friendly. => Bunch of passionate people having hunger to learn and explore new technologies. => Always motivates new talent.. => Management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. => No salary issue. It comes on exact date every month. => Totally happy and satisfied.

      Cons

      No crons in my mind.
