Management-heavy, disconnect between company goals and customer happiness,ridiculously heavy reliance on AI that borders on delusional, very little opportunity for advancement, Sales/management feels like an ol' boys club,

Pros

There are great people at this company, unfortunately they're not the ones leading or making the decisions that ultimately affect everyone else.

Cons

Too many to list. The new CEO came in and immediately started putting his buddies in leadership positions. Instead of focusing on solving the issues with products and addressing communication between departments, he seems preoccupied with employee surveillance and outsourcing roles to India. Profit over people. So much talent and knowledge out the door and the company is just turning into another corporate machine. If you're looking for longevity or just a nice place to work, this isn't the company for you.
