CEO treat employees like slave. He doesn't trust any one. Bad policies and work. Salary deduction is normal even if you are on time.He doesn't except his own mistakes and blames on other for his doing.Disturbing employee on leave also to work.No place for beginner or experienced.

You will get a load of work, good for you if you are beginner you will learn the overall environment of the system

CEO can fire you anytime, depends on his mood. Salary deduction if you are late Alternate Saturday off, sometimes you have to work extra from home Every time CEO ping the employees, shouts on them without reason to maintain the pressure, track every minutes, ask to put your working hours in calendar
