Larger company so the salary and benefits were decent.
Cons
Very top-down company. They called at all hours of the day, even on weekends if they "needed you". Asking for time off was an awful hassle and they always gave you crap for it, even if it was vacation time that was allocated to you. Constantly breathing down you throat with ridiculous expectations and micro-managed everyone. They have cameras setup on everyones computers to make sure you aren't doing anything that "isn't work related." All they care about is profit margins and making money. They expect you to bend over backwards for them but will do little to help you in a pickle. Not willing to send anyone to training for anything or hire extra help. They like running the place on as few people as possible.
