Pros
- other part time Co workers can be good (atleast mine were) - Depending how well you got along with management, determines how lax things are daily.
Cons
- Huge disconnect between the full timers and part timers. Full timers tend to throw their weight around and make many attempts to have part time workers do the work that they may not be trained or required to do (to benefit the full timers from not doing their own work) - very Short shifts for Lifeguards - low pay
