      You're more of a project manager than a designer Process and systems are not really established, work environment and culture is not great, Very high turnover rate (perhaps due to work culture)

      Cons

      This company is in shambles. CEO is incredibly disrespectful and unsettling to be around. Complete chaos of a company. 7 people quit in my 8 months at this company - 2 of which walked out in the middle of the day. If you work for this company you will be gaslit, manipulated, and absolutely unhappy.
