I joined the company hoping that a smaller organization would foster a more employee-focused culture, with better corporate communication, stronger support from leadership, and better benefits. Unfortunately, despite the small size, the focus remains heavily on business over employee well-being. My coworkers have shared the same disappointment / concerns.
