Pros

1. Low ego environment 2. Ship culture 3. Uber cool problems to tackle 4. Fantastic perks and gear Succeeding in what they set out to do - 100s of thousands of users, scaling opportunities, and lots of innovation.

Cons

No major cons to work here. Its a high intensity workplace, but they are building a one-stop-shop for vision AI, so yeah its not a FAANG type drop-in-the-ocean job.

Pros

- Favoritism - Lack of Diversity - Junior team - Undefined ICP and Customer Persona The benefits and pay are relatively good. Coworkers can be standoffish and can be two-faced. The tech is good and this is a cutting edge solution solving real problems in the CV discipline! Management and leadership needs to be more organized. Hire more seasoned reps who ACTUALLY have experience selling and have sold before. If not, at least hire people who have the capacity to build out a playbook and a plan to target key ICP's. Current sales team is junior and is flying by the seats of their pants, it's embarrassing honestly.
